Pointers:
1. The Symposium takes the place of lectures in all Schools and so there will be no lectures during these three days and
all full-time students are required to attend all sessions physically. Only students who ordinarily attend their lectures
online may attend the Symposium sessions either virtually or in person. Student attendance will be noted. Part-time
staff are also welcome to attend.
2. Those joining the symposium room virtually should do so at least 10 minutes early to avoid delays. Please mute your
microphones upon entry into the symposium room. Only AJU emails will be allowed access.
3. All presenters and respondents must ensure that they stick to the time allocated to them based on the programme (20
minutes for presentation and 10 minutes for discussion).
4. Participants are required to be precise during discussions and question-and-answer sessions.
