Overview

Languages are the most effective means of interaction, cultural exchange and social communication known to all humanity. At Arrupe Jesuit University, the Department of Languages was developed to encourage such cultural exchanges between peoples. Thus, we offer classes for learning several languages. These lessons are developed in house, yet they meet the standard of languages learnt in other countries. For clarity and convenience, we use the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) and the American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages Proficiency Guidelines (ACTFL).
